I want to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas!!! The Captain and I are bringing the pups to the mountains. After missing the holidays last year, it was important for us to really be able to enjoy them this year!! So that means vegan eggplant parm [recipe to follow soon], board games, hot toddies, walks in the snow, and as little internet access as possible!! Basically, perfection!!
