I’m Lauren, or Lo, to those who know too many Laurens.

This site has evolved so much since its beginning. It's been a style blog, a vegan food blog, and a mommy blog. These journeys have all been thinly veiled disguises for my deepest desire to become an author. Something I never dreamed possible until I went ahead and did it. That's right,  I've finished four manuscripts and have recently begun working on a fifth. In November of 2024, I took another step forward and signed with Nadia Lynch of Talcott Notch Literary.

I sometimes help small businesses navigate social media and LOVE making websites on Squarespace, but I'm currently on a journey to cultivate and hone my skill as a writer.

I live in Cowtown with my four best guys: My husband of nearly 18 years, my two delightfully weird kids, and Franklin, our million-year-old Havanese with four teeth. 

I love hockey fights and gray T-shirts. I have a serious obsession with Superhero movies. I love yummy vegan food, romance novels, fancy sneakers, and happy ever-afters. I adore telling stories. I have a bit of a potty mouth. I love Justin Bieber. And I can recite every line in You’ve Got Mail.
